Shipping & Returns



Here at Winter and Raven we pride ourselves on making sure all items are perfect before they are dispatched out to you. If for any reason, you are not happy with an item please email us straight away and we will be happy to discus with you the issue and assist you with returning the item and offering a full refund or exchange of item.

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you have entered the wrong shipping details please email ASAP at and we will do our best to attempt to fix this, but please know once items have left us this is out of hands. Please double check all details before submitting your order.

Return Conditions 

- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

- Must have all tags still attached.

- You have made contact with us and the item is sent back within 14 days.

- Items are to be sent back at the buyers expense.

- Refunds / Store credits will not be issued until items are received back to us. 

Sale items are final and we do not accept any returns for change of mind.

We ship worldwide!

Orders will be ready to ship within 1-5 business days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. For busy periods ( new releases, Sales and restocks) please allow up to 7 days for your item to be shipped.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you supplied in your checkout.

We cannot take responsibility for delivery delays once in the hands of Australia Post.

International orders

International orders have the option of tracked or untracked shipping. Please choose carefully at the checkout and note for untracked orders you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel ID number for proof of shipment. But once in the hands of Australia post we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels please take that into consideration when selecting untracked shipping. In some cases please allow up to 4 weeks for delievery of untracked parcels. This delivery time frame is completely out of our hands but due to the amount of parcels there can be some delays with shipping overseas. We will do our best to send your parcels out next the next business day to avoid anymore delays.

All items are sent via Australia post. Once the package arrives in your country of destination the package is transferred over to the local postal service. 

Please note that all custom duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and we cannot take any responsibility for delays due to customs clearance's. 

You have the option to view prices in your own currency however at the checkout all prices with convert back to AUD but you will find that the amount deducted from your bank account will be in your own currency.

If an order is a pre order and purchased with an item in stock both items will be sent when the pre order arrives. However if you are in urgent need of an item in stock please email us and we would be happy to split order at buyers expense.


How to track my order?

All tracking numbers will be sent to you via email on shipment of your package. If your tracking number reads unable to track that can be because you have selected untracked post at the checkout and we supply the package number there as proof of shipment.


Lost Parcels 

If your tracking number is showing your parcel is lost please contact Australia post regarding your order as we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels once in the hands of Australia post.
